These terms
These terms govern your use of the Colebrook website and any purchase you make from Colebrook. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to these terms.
Placing an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full in cases such as suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, or stock being unavailable.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US Dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it, and is shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of order and is processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Title passes to you once payment is received in full.
Shipping
We aim to ship within one business day. The estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days from shipment. Estimates are indicative and not guaranteed; risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy, including what happens if we cannot ship on time.
Returns
You may return an item within 30 days for a refund of the product price. This is our own guarantee rather than a right given by federal law, and it does not affect any rights your state gives you. See the Refund Policy for how to return.
Warranty and liability
Products are covered by any manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for fraud or personal injury.
Law & jurisdiction
